The honest part: you are directly under the roof slab, and in a Lahore June that slab is the hottest surface in the building. Roof insulation is not a nice-to-have on this floor — it is the difference between a good home and an expensive one to cool.

Quiet. Nobody is walking above you and nobody's plumbing runs over your ceiling, which are the two noises people in stacked homes complain about most.
- Evening
Two flights, with the shopping. Every day. This is the cost of the price, and it is worth walking the stairs once before you decide.
- Night
The quietest home in the building, by a distance.

Worth knowing before you buy this one
Insulate the roof first
Before curtains, before paint. An uninsulated slab in Lahore makes the top floor several degrees hotter than the one below it through June and July, and every summer you delay is a summer of cooling bills that would have paid for it.
Walk the stairs before you buy
Twice, carrying something. The price difference is real money and the stairs are a real daily cost — only you can judge which matters more to your household.
