“On Ferozepur Road” covers a great deal of ground. The road runs for many kilometres, and a plot at one end of it is a different proposition from a plot at the other — different access, different neighbours, different journey times, different value.
Any project that will name the road but not the plot is asking you to imagine the better end of it. We would rather publish coordinates you can drop into a map and check against what is actually around them, and that is what will appear above.
What you should do before buying, regardless
- Go there. Not to the marketing office — to the plot. Ask to be taken to the site itself and to walk around it.
- Go twice, at different times. A main-road site at 11am on a Tuesday and at 7pm on a Friday are different places. The ground floor in particular should be judged in the evening.
- Drive your actual commute. Not a commute in the abstract — yours, at the hour you would do it. See the commute page for why we will not quote you a number for this.
- Look at the immediate neighbours. What is next door, and what is opposite, affects your daily life far more than anything a brochure can tell you.
Getting there
Book a site visit and we will meet you at the plot. If you would rather see it without us there first, tell us and we will give you the location and stay away — that is a completely reasonable thing to want and we are not going to make it awkward.
