What this does not tell you
 
     
  •  Real dates. The first three payments fall due when the
          work is done, not on a calendar. The month numbers are what the
          contract prints; two could land closer together than that suggests.

  •  The doubling months. In months
 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 the instalment is twice
          the figure above. The full schedule marks each one.

  •  Government duties and utility deposits, which are not
          part of the price — see the price sheet.

There is no interest and no markup: the
 33 payments add up to the price of the floor
        exactly.
