How buying works
Six steps.
One paper trail.
Scroll, and the building goes up beside you. Every step should leave you holding something — a price, a plan, a receipt, a photograph, a checklist. If one does not, stop and ask before the next.
The six stages
-
01
You find it
A verified price, not a range and not a rumour.
Every price is published, dated and identical for everyone. There is no enquiry to make before you can see one, and no separate sheet for anybody.
You should receive Project brief and a verified price
The price sheet → -
02
You pick a floor
Three identical plans. The price falls with every flight of stairs.
Ground is dearest because you never climb to it. Second is cheapest because it is two flights up. Same built area, same finish — the stairs are the whole of the difference.
You should receive A unit code, a floor and the plan for it
Work out what fits → -
03
You book it
Money moves, and paper follows the same day.
A signed agreement and a receipt carrying a reference and a QR code you can check yourself. A payment that produces no receipt has not happened — walk away from anyone who tells you otherwise.
You should receive Signed booking agreement and an official receipt
How to check a receipt → -
04
You watch it go up
Dated photographs from fixed positions, every month.
Not renders. A project that is moving looks different from one that is not, and the only way to tell is the same three vantage points month after month.
You should receive Milestone updates and site evidence
The construction log → -
05
You get the keys
With a checklist, not a handshake.
A handover checklist and a snag list, both written down. Check the meters are yours and read, and that nothing is outstanding on them, before you sign anything.
You should receive Handover checklist and snag list
What to check at handover → -
06
You live in it
And you know exactly what is left to pay.
A statement of anything still outstanding, and a transfer route already written down for the day you want to sell.
You should receive Statement of the balance, and the resale process
Selling it later →
And then it is yours
From Rs. 55,00,000 for the second floor, the cheapest of the three. Every figure on this site is the one your contract will carry.
