Dealers

Work with us

Most developers treat dealers as a WhatsApp group. This is the alternative.

What you get that you do not get elsewhere

Allocated inventory, in writing

Central Point allocates units to you. You know which ones are yours to sell and for how long, and it is recorded in the system rather than agreed verbally and remembered differently later.

A price sheet that cannot go stale

The published sheet is generated from the system that issues contracts. There is no second private sheet, no set of numbers you have to check before every meeting, and no risk of quoting a price we have already changed.

Live availability

A page you can check before you promise a unit to a client, rather than a message to someone who may be in a meeting.

Assets with dates on them

Renders, plans and price sheets in one place, each carrying the date it was issued, so the file forwarded round a WhatsApp group can be checked against the current one.

Your client can diligence us

The approval, the instrument, the common-area allocation and the objections are all answered in public in the registry. The questions that stall a close are already answered before you walk into the meeting.

Receipts that verify

Every payment generates a receipt with a QR code. Your client can check it themselves, which removes the single most common source of suspicion in an instalment sale.

How we work

  • Inventory is allocated by us, not claimed by you. You cannot place a hold on a unit yourself, and neither can anyone else — which is what stops the same unit being sold twice.
  • Allocations can be reshuffled. If stock is sitting unsold it may be moved to another dealer. That is stated up front rather than discovered.
  • Every sale goes through the system. A booking that is not recorded did not happen, and a payment without a receipt cannot be credited to your client.
  • You represent yourself, not us. If you tell a client something this website contradicts, this website is what we stand behind.

Commercial terms

Your terms are issued to you in writing when you are onboarded, and they are between you and Central Point. They are not published here and they are not discussed with buyers.

Note the corollary, because it protects you as much as us: every document a buyer sees — the price sheet, the schedule, the contract, the receipt — carries the retail price only. There is no buyer-facing document anywhere in this business that shows anything else.
