The three floors
- Ground — no stairs at all, step-free, coolest in summer, noisiest at night, dearest of the three.
- First — off the street, shaded from above, the lowest price, no outdoor space.
- Second — most light, quietest, two flights of stairs, needs roof insulation, cheapest of the three.

What is shared
One central staircase serving all six homes in the building, the water tank and pump, the structure and the roof slab. Each floor has its own electricity and gas meter.
What is not in the price
Government duties on transfer, utility deposits, and anything you add inside your own floor. Whether a community service charge applies once the shared amenities are running is not settled — see the community page rather than assuming either way.
