Not published yet
Published contact details — WhatsApp number, office line, email, and the office address.
We would rather show you nothing than show you something indicative. This space holds the real document as soon as it exists — not a render of what it might look like. Waiting on: Central Point.
Ask us where this has got toThe office
The office address is not published yet. A developer who cannot be visited at a fixed address is one of the warning signs every buyer guide in Pakistan lists, and we would rather you noticed the gap here than assumed it was not there.
You do not need an appointment during the hours above. Turning up unannounced is a reasonable thing to do before handing anyone money, and it is a test we should be able to pass.
Why there is no contact form
Because a form is a way of collecting your number without giving you ours. In this market people want an answer in WhatsApp within a few minutes, not a submission that disappears into an inbox, and a form that promises “we’ll be in touch” is usually where an enquiry goes to die.
It also means this site collects nothing about you. See the privacy page, which is short for the same reason.
What to contact us about
- A specific unit — availability, a premium, whether a particular townhouse is open.
- A document — anything on the manifest that you need and that is not published yet. Ask. Chasing us is legitimate.
- A discrepancy — if a dealer has shown you a price, an approval or a specification that differs from this website. Send us a photograph and tell us who gave it to you.
- A complaint — including about us. In writing, so there is a record on both sides.
Verifying something we issued
Receipts and contracts carry a QR code and a reference number. Check one here rather than asking us whether it is genuine — an independent check is worth more than our confirmation.
