The map

Coordinates, not an illustration. A drawn location map is a marketing device; a pin you can drop into your own map is a fact.

Site coordinates, accurate to the plot, so you can open them in any map application and see exactly what surrounds the site.

We would rather show you nothing than show you something indicative. This space holds the real document as soon as it exists — not a render of what it might look like. Waiting on: Central Point site office.

Why there is no illustrated location plan here

You have seen the genre: a stylised map with the project at the centre, and every landmark in the city arranged around it with a drive time attached. They are drawn, not measured. Distances get compressed, inconvenient neighbours are left out, and the project always sits at the middle of everything.

A coordinate pair cannot do any of that. Drop it into your own map, switch to satellite, and look at what is genuinely next door, opposite, and behind. That takes a minute and tells you more than any illustration.

What to look at once you have the pin

  1. What is immediately adjacent. On a main road, the neighbour on either side matters. A workshop, a marriage hall or a generator-heavy commercial unit next door is a daily fact of life.
  2. The approach. How you actually turn in from Ferozepur Road, whether there is a U-turn involved, and how far it is.
  3. Street-level imagery, if it exists for that stretch. It will be out of date, but it tells you what kind of road frontage this is.
  4. Then go and stand there. No map substitutes for it. See booking a visit.

Embedded maps

This page does not embed a third-party map. An embed loads several hundred kilobytes of someone else’s JavaScript, tracks whoever opens the page, and is slow on exactly the connections most of our visitors are using. A coordinate and a link do the same job for nothing.
