The authority
Central Point is approved by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), the local government body responsible for approving building plans in its tehsil under the Punjab Local Government framework.

The approval letter itself — reference number, issue date, and a full-resolution scan of every page.
We would rather show you nothing than show you something indicative. This space holds the real document as soon as it exists — not a render of what it might look like. Waiting on: Central Point, from the TMA file.
Ask us where this has got toWhat this approval covers, and what it does not
A TMA building-plan approval says that this building, at this location, at this height, with this layout, was permitted to be constructed. That is the thing the Karachi crackdown was about: structures and extra floors built without it. It is the necessary foundation, and without it nothing else on this website would be worth reading.
It is not, by itself, the document that makes a particular floor yours. That is a separate instrument, and it has its own page — see what you actually receive. Anyone who answers “is my ownership secure?” by waving an approval letter has answered a different question.
This is not an LDA-approved scheme, and we will not call it one
You will see “LDA Approved” in the page title of almost every Lahore project site. It is the phrase buyers search for and the phrase marketers reach for, and it has a specific meaning: a housing scheme approved by the Lahore Development Authority, which you can look up on the LDA’s own list of approved schemes.
Central Point is a building approved by the TMA. That is a different authority and a different instrument. Both are real; they are not interchangeable, and describing ours as the other would be exactly the misrepresentation this section exists to avoid.
So when you check us, check the right register. Searching the LDA approved schemes list for “Central Point” and finding nothing does not mean we are unapproved — it means you are looking in the wrong index, and we would rather tell you that here than have you discover it and assume the worst.
How to verify it yourself
- Ask us for the approval reference number and a copy of the letter. Do not accept a photograph of a photograph — ask for a clean scan of every page, including the reverse where anything is stamped.
- Take that reference to the Tehsil Municipal Administration office directly and ask them to confirm it against their record. You do not need our permission or our presence to do this, and you should not bring our representative with you.
- Check what the approval is for. An approval for a different plot, a different height, or a different number of storeys than what is being built is the commonest way a genuine document is used dishonestly.
- Ask whether anything is still pending. “Applied for” and “in process” mean not approved, and a technical approval or letter of permission is not the same instrument as the approval itself.
If any of this does not check out
Tell us, in writing, and tell the authority. If a dealer has shown you a document that differs from what is published here, we want the dealer’s name and a photograph of what they showed you. A price sheet or an approval letter circulating in a WhatsApp group that does not match this page is either out of date or not ours.
