Every guide written for Pakistani property buyers says the same thing about developers: find the office, meet someone, and check that the company is registered. It is good advice precisely because so many projects cannot survive it.

Company registration details — registered name, incorporation or registration number, and the registering body — plus a photograph of the office at its published address.
We would rather show you nothing than show you something indicative. This space holds the real document as soon as it exists — not a render of what it might look like. Waiting on: Central Point.

- Come to the office without an appointment, during the hours above. A developer who can only be met at a marketing suite or a plot is a developer with no office.
- Ask for the registration number and look it up yourself with the registering body. Do not accept a certificate photograph as the check — do the lookup.
- Ask which projects the same people have completed, and go and look at one. Talk to somebody living in it, chosen by you rather than introduced by us.
- Ask who the site engineer and the architect are, by name, and check that they are registered with their professional body.
What happens to us after handover
Nothing, and that is deliberate. We do not manage the building, hold a residual interest in it, collect a monthly charge or retain a vote over what the three owners decide. Once the floors are handed over and the instruments are complete, our involvement ends.
This is worth understanding as a risk position rather than a courtesy: it means our future difficulties cannot reach your home through a lease, a licence, or a management contract. That specific chain is how apartment buyers elsewhere in Pakistan have lost ground they thought was theirs.
Naming
You may encounter this project or its documents under more than one name as our paperwork and our marketing converge. If a document you have been given carries a different company name from this page, do not assume it is fraudulent — but do ask us, in writing, to confirm the relationship, and keep the reply.
Every receipt and contract we issue can be checked at our verification page, whatever name is printed on it.
Complaints
If a dealer has told you something that contradicts this website, we want to know which dealer and what they said. Dealers act for themselves, not for us, and a price sheet or approval letter circulating in a WhatsApp group that does not match the published price sheet is either out of date or not ours.
